Missed this one initially but know the story all too well as someone is driving around in my first 2020 M850i order thanks to BMW messing that one up as well. Honestly, they messed up the 2nd order but my CA went above and beyond to ensure I ended up with what I wanted including wheel swapping the rims on the first order to the 2nd, full shadowline and carbon fiber mirrors on their dime.
