I had my M8C coupe appraised yesterday - I was offered a "best price" of 112K (car has 2500 miles, 4 months old, original MSRP of 170K with 12K in extras).

Sounds about right! I think I was offered $80k for my $140k MSRP 2000 miles M850i.
