Absolutely agree and to the point our CEO whom has been in Healthcare the majority of her career and someone I highly respect called out on our ELT meeting this past Tuesday that although AZ is transitioning to being "open for business" (restaurants, movie theaters, hair salons, etc.) throughout the month that doesn't mean we all let our guard down. In other words the guidance is still to stay home.

In fact our Governor's update to the "stay-at-home" Executive order that enables various business to open up in the staged steps throughout May extended the overall guidance to stay at home through May 31st. As a business, we have already decided to not try to bring everyone back into the buildings whatsoever until likely the end of June at the earliest. For some of the functions that are better served in the office vs working from home, e.g., our call centers we're going to stage that in next month but at 50% occupancy and rotation (week by week some will continue to work at home and the others in the office) to ensure social distancing, etc. In fact we're retooling all of the workplace environment to support the requirements.

On top of that if you want to consider the fact beyond everything we've done to date from a business standpoint, e.g., waiving all co-pays for COVID-19 related services we also have an order of 1B (yep that's a B) n95 masks in play to provide 4 to every member of our insurance plans. If we didn't feel that stay at home and masks were essential we would not put our money where our mouth is. The irony is the order is in with my last company whom made the news recently as they opened up 4 manufacturing lines for N95 masks and the President just toured one here in Phoenix earlier in the week.
