You are right, it's RT 29. There used to be passing zones, but they took them away on the 1 lane part.
I have to say that writing this and seeing All of the great and funny suggestions helped today when I rode home "with" her. I just kind of laughed when she cut the pick up truck off where it went down to 1 lane instead of getting mad like usual.
