95 dB is very loud. Especially on the newer turbocharged engines, things are pretty quiet unless you're at WOT, and with the power modern sport cars are pushing out, if if you're at WOT you're already above the speed limit or making your traction control system work. Especially in California where traffic never stops, a person at WOT are probably driving wrecklessly or are over the speed limit as a result they're probably as bad as the pipe smokers and bottle drinkers.

One needs to go Laguna Seca, they have decibel restrictions, even then some cars are still very loud. (I'm aware there's the slow down before turn 5 or 6 w/e it is strategy to cheat the system)
