So to me the only option is the Genesis G70. Even Genesis pretty much limits the configuration of the car if you go with the manual transmission. Much like the Mazda 3 only offers a manual with the top level trim and only in the 5-door body, Genesis offers the manual with just a single trim level. However, Genesis sets up the car pretty much how I'd order it. No driver aids, performance exhaust, top-level stereo, LED headlights, and 19" wheel package. So it sounds like Genesis understands what a customer wants when he selects to own a manual trans. It comes at a $3K price increase over the base G70 with the 8-sp auto, but has all the correct options selected.
But it's about a decade behind in 0 - 60 time.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
