I grew up near the Chrysler HQ and my family knew many of their employees, including those responsible for "quality" control.
Total joke of a company. I'll admit the newest Ram and Wrangler are impressive despite having poor marks in quality metrics (as usual for Chrysler).

Yeah I'm not surprised. You could tell immediately once you use the features of a Chrysler vehicle (absolute garbage interface, almost as bad as Jaguar's) then use the features in a BMW. sad that even their six figure vehicles suffer from the same poor workmanship. My cousin was an exotics tech at a Bentley dealership that worked on all exotic brands they sold. 90% of their repairs (not maintenance) were on maseratis
