Which is why I live basically smack dab in downtown Dallas. Can't stand the 'burbs, particularly up there. I get why they're there to a point, and the growth is amazing since it's a byproduct of the relative prosperity we enjoy in Texas -- as evidenced by Toyota's relocation.
But the sprawl (basically for the sake of sprawl and nothing else), the homogeny ... well, like I said: not for me.
(BTW: Lived here since 1991. Back then, Plano was just starting to expand past Preston Road. Frisco? Basically what Anna and Celina were five years ago; a farming town.)
