Filters are the only way for daylight. Even at ISO50 @ f32, I have problems. A 10 stop ND filter would be awesome but need to be careful of vignetting on a UWA.

I would recommend pushing the car with the gearbox in neutral. Less vibration from the engine and only vibration should be from the road.

I had to use a composite of the stationary shot and the motion shot to bring back sharpness. If I had pushed, would have required WAY less editing.
