All I see is maybe the steering wheel controls from older generation BMWs. Everything else looks fairly unique to Toyota or currently used parts. Not "leftover" parts.

Toyota makes cars with interiors FAR better than what we have in our F30s in Japan and through their Lexus brand. And better than what will be in the G20. While this car is not a Lexus, Toyota has pretty high standards for their high-end cars which the Supra most definitely is.

What do you see that indicates that this car has more in common with the F30 other than the steering wheel controls?
Take a look at the F30 interior it is a dead ringer. The I drive is 100% BMW. I think of the LC500 as high end this is much less high end and more tuner car.
