It looks like the goal of this car is to replace the F13 as it currently is, a 4 seater 'personal luxury coupe' or GT. As long as it loses 100kg or more compared to the current car it should be reviewed positively and the render provided above looks amazing too.

I'm only hoping that the weight bias doesn't get more front heavy, the main issue with the M6 is it's 52.5% weight on the front as the front tyres are simply overloaded and the rears don't have enough weight percentage on them to allow for awesome grip. Look at the F12, AMG GT, 612 Scag and FF (admittedly this is kind of 4wd) they are all 52-55% weight at the back and even though some of them are heavy, everyone receives them quite well.

A transaxle would be too much to ask for though as it would require substantial engineering and remove a lot of the shared engineering that this car will have from the 7 and 5. But please BMW, you need to work on weight distribution for fast coupes
