Usage tax in WA is on each payment, i.e. they tax you against the payment for the pleasure of using it. Where I'm at, it's 9.5%.   |
Use tax is tax on the monthly payment common on leases. It's tax rate on payment. Sure better than having to pay entire tax of vehicle on lease like in some states.
