eat small meals but more often, so have like 6 small meals a day.

CHEW, CHEW and CHEW.

Chewing makes you feel fuller and helps digest your food better.

Try avoiding things that are white, like rice, bread, potatoes etc.

Depending on how heavy you are, 10 pounds should be simple to loose.

Do at least 30 mins of cardio a day. Don't do any muscle/weight training as this will increase muscle mass which weighs more than fat.

Eat foods that are low in GI.

Drink LOTS of water. Drink a glass full before you eat a meal, that way, you wont feel as hungry.
