What everyone above said. We've had an 05 Cayenne Turbo since new and it's been very reliable, but when things go wrong they are quite pricey. As well, it only takes premium and eats gas at a pretty rapid rate. The newer models are lighter and more fuel efficient, but I'd imagine they still cost more than average in gas. All negatives aside, they are very nice trucks and we've been quite pleased with ours.
