Same story here with CTO gigs at two Fortune 100 companies but now semi-retired with a similar gig at a medical payer. limeypride is in the same boat with extensive software/technology leadership delivery in his career. Bottom line is BMW is just flat out clueless and as the idiom states "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink". |
