For that price point - I would stick Macallan due to the name - but skip the 15 yr and grab a special edition or if you can find one - the 'Classic Cut' cask strength at 120 proof. Stuff knocks it out of the park and blows away the 15. I can taste the difference between the Macallan 12 and 15, but I wouldn't say the 15 is actually any better. |
Where I am Classic Cut is $120 vs $90 for Glenlivet 18. Worth the difference?
