Its a moot argument. The epa liberal stick is doomed. I have no problem protecting the environment. But if spilling 10 gallons of milk is considered a toxic waste spill requiring a hazmat team, or dighing a trench in your yard with a backhoe that fills with water overnight is considered a new protected body of water, and jacking up power prices 40% to lower enmmissions 0.1% on powerplants is what epa has become. Not the organization that it was founded for to stop heavy metals and real toxic waste from getting into the water etc. They stopped that years ago. Just ask Flint Michigan.
