Alfisti Toronto is a great city, one of the great ones in North America. For clarification, the GTA population is around half that of metro Chicago. In my view, in the modern era city-limits population has less and less meaning because of population growth and sprawl, no matter how much vertical-development planning is done. More people = more space (area).
