Don't see how getting kids situated is even relevant right now. In many areas, school for all kids is virtual at least till January if not for the rest of the academic school year. I had to place my daughter into private school because of the inept wishy washy leadership of her county school officials. I'm not banking on anything they tell us after what they pulled changing their minds at the last minute along with the rest of the surrounding county school systems.
How is the start of the academic year not a factor when purchasing a home? No one knows what's going on with spring yet. A lot of folks like to get settled.
