It's hard to say over 50 states, but my guess is that it ranges from 5% to 9%, with most states in the 6% to 7% range. My state is 6.25%. |

SC is capped at $500 sales tax, and assessed a yearly property tax (deductible on Federal taxes),but to avoid the 1st year property tax hit you transfer the tags from your old lease.
