In a straight line it will prob smoke the M5 but in the corners no way. I don't think this car is being made to beat the M5 on a track. I believe it's supposed to be a super luxury Grand Tourer.
Edit: I take that back. I thought the conversation was comparing the M8GC vs the M5. This car will not touch the M5 in any way. |
Lol. I was confused for a second there. I loved the look of the concept m8. I hope the real m8 looks similar and hopefully it will have performance comparable to the m5. |
I totally agree and this describes my whole wait now. Is it going to look enough like the concept (the way I love it) and is it going to perform good enough for it to distinguish itself apart from the M850GC???
I have not been as excited for a car in a long while so I really want to buy this as my next car, but if it's not special enough I will not get it.
I've seen the M850i coupe and it's nice but just not special enough for me. It's just a nice 6 series with an 8 badge on it. And therein lies where I am in the wait for the M8GC. BMW if you're reading this (yeah right) please make this car really really special.
