Well...I always said there's a correlation between bad driving and education. San Bernardino county has one of the lowest percentages of bachelors degrees or higher in the country at 19%. The US as a whole is 29.8%.
I drive through SB county when I leave San Diego heading to LA/Orange county. There's definitely a distinct difference in how people drive around there and I always have to mentally prepare myself for the drive.
