Depends which lane you are in.....65-70 is usually the cruising speed of very right lane along with all the trucks. Left lane is for passing only, but sometimes it's near impossible not to use it so I just make sure there are no cars behind me, my speed is usually 80-90. Sometimes when not much cars around I can do 100 for short periods.
If someone is driving 70-75 in left lane, I will tailgate too. That's what all state cops do as well
