Shit--- no turn over sometimes means alternator issues as a weak battery would/should still yield a weak crank.
The car's got power—well, enough to drive the electronics and soft close doors, etc.
these new bmw have multiple batteries, while I haven't any problems in the M850i; I think Vic is right. could be your alternator based on my experience with older cars. but I don't know.

Fault Code DescriptionThe diagnosis monitors the voltage supply for the starter motor.
Fault monitoring conditions:
The fault is entered when at least one of the following faults is detected:
- Wires or plug connections faulty
- Voltage supply defective
- Starter contacts are iced up

The starter relay may freeze at ambient temperatures below 0°C.
Perform following checks:
1. Carry out functional check.
2. Check wires and plug connections
2. Check voltage supply and ground connection.
3. Check lines and plug connections between the following components: DME, integrated supply module, FEM/CAS/BDC and vehicle battery.
4. Check vehicle battery.
5. Check starter motor relay and integrated supply module.
