Assuming you are talking about the Gen2 body style IS-F 2006-2013 RWD with the 6 speed manual 5.0 V8....and no, they aren't cheap. My new(-ish) Gen3 is less expensive than a IS-F from 2008, crazy; but those are highly sought after.
Depending on mileage you're looking between $18k - 32K for an almost 10 year old model.
