CSI Miami is creating an environment with this creative super saturated look. Over saturating the image to the point of being ridiculous is the goal. It's Miami - hot, sexy, lots of heat... it's creative interpretation.

An average viewer may not know the technical process of image rework'n but they will fell a certain way when they watch the program. The fact that you dislike the super saturated colors will make producers happy. It lets them know that they distinguished their product in tv sub-culture America and made a red headed Caruso live outside of a dark grungy handheld NYPD Blue tv series.

I'm a fan of post processing, you're only limited to imagination.
being creative to an image is all different from capturing an image.
Capturing an image is a well respected art form, I may add.
LOL.

I can only imagine all the dissapointed tourists when they get down to Miami and see what an ugly hole it really is.
