sure why not, its a living subject that can express emotion... and probably has a name, so I'll allow it for now as long as its a picture of the dogs face, looking at the camera and preferably not dropping a hot steamy dump.
only would let this enter because I believe a portraits most important feature is the emotion captured on their face/body language and since humans and dogs interact so much and on a fairly deep level that we can often see these emotion in our pets then its cool with me.
I will not be allowing pics of any other family pets though (ie no goldfish, hamsters or chameleons)
