I've done more testing on the exhaust sound and have narrowed it down to primarily an impact to Sport while driving in less burbles than I remember. The first few months of owning the car I consistently drove in Sport Individual with Engine and Transmission in Sport and remember more burbles when letting off the gas when slowing down for a stop light, etc.
Since COVID-19 all of my drives have been in Sport Plus to get the greatest enjoyment out of them so the comparison is harder now as it still is aggressive on cold starts and drives. I have confirmed that Sport does have a similar cold start. Hence, I'm not sure if .70 did impact the exhaust outside of the perceived amount of less burbles in Sport.
