Wow that is big and perhaps the bigger "WOW" is you are the first whom has posted they are getting not only a point release upgrade but a full base release upgrade via OTA. I didn't notice it in your first screenshot that you're going from 11/2018.55 to 11/2019.70.
At this point nobody has received a full base update without having their dealer install it.
