Thanks--that's good. Keeping a charge on the hi voltage battery will keep the 12v battery topped up, as well. I noticed in the 5 series reveal last week that the non-e 12v battery is out of the spare tire well and back in the front on the passenger side of the firewall. Guess that's what allows a "delete" option for the run flats and a mandatory $150 "add" for space saver spare. I doubt that many dealers will stock cars with the non-run flat tires, so it means that I will have to order mine, when the time comes.
