Same. Drove the 718 in both regular and S trim. Loved the chassis but that motor just didn't tickle my fancy. Supremely capable but couldn't shake the fact that it was a 4 cylinder and sounded like a subaru in lower RPMs. It was kind of disappointing considering how much I liked the sound in the older 981 Caymans. Truth be told, as much as I love my M2C, a 6 cylinder 718 might have been enough for me to give Porsche my money instead.
