The real problem is that the Federal government has abandoned the states and no longer gives the states their fair share of Federal fuel taxes.

So maybe the next infrastructure project should not be a make-believe wall that somebody else isn't going to pay for on our southern border, but more money for roads, airports, bridges, sewers, water systems and the rest of our decaying infrastructure.
