Is it that low with incentives for 36/10? If so, that number should help move the remaining units. When I was looking, a 160k M8 was 2k a month on a 36/10 with a 10% discount (no incentives and all dealer profit as the discount) and just 1st payment, tags, dealer fee and acquisition fee due at signing. Obviously, I did not see this as a 2k a month car on a lease. Even as a 1200 a month car, my interest in the car has faded so I still would not do it.
