The big companies usually have more than 12% "Flottenrabatt".
Combined with other discounts I think 18-20% are normal, 25% could be hard (if you don't have the big "Flottenrabatt" from UBS, CS, Allianz Suisse etc.), but you never know. |

~15% Flottenrabatt + 5% CHF rabatt + 3% special rabatt +...
Bottom line, the biggest discount I have seen with my own eyes, for self configured car was 30%. But this was quite special, and I heard you cannot get more than that, this is reserved for some special clients etc.
As I said, 23% is something realistic and what many customers get.
For my current car I got 20% (I don't work in any of the mentioned firms), for the next one, I'm aiming for 23% and I will not except anything less than that.
