Your milage does not indicate that it wasn't a DD. You'd be extremely lucky to get rid of the car at that price.

One thing you need to consider is - to get a loan for a 2002 car...is not easy and the interest rates will be higher (if you didn't already know).

Good luck
I appreciate your input, but specialty cars, like this one, are insulated from KBB pricing. I paid considerably more for this one that KBB had valued it. Go ahead and plug in a 30,000 mile car and see if it values anywhere close to what Enthusiast Auto Group is getting for similar. There are no similar cars for sale privately in So. Cal, and only 2 others on ebay but they're $25k and $35k respectively.

I'm not looking to "get rid of the car". It will sit happily, being appreciated once a week or so until it finds the right home.

It wasn't daily driven by me. 5,500 miles in 18 months makes that pretty obvious. Likely DD before, but gingerly, and well maintained.

I also was able to get a loan with a 3.5% IR for much of the value of the car at the time of purchase, any capable credit union should be able to provide the same.

Like I said, I just want it to go to another enthusiast, who would not only understand the value of the car, but will have the cash to throw at it as a collectors piece. The car's an icon!
