I have an elderly friend, Sandy Watson, who, although he is now in his eighties, is still a very keen photographer. He is still very much involved in our local Camera Club and has fully embraced digital photography.
Although deteriorating eyesight and some mobility issues have caused him problems recently. After laser treatment on his eyes a couple of months ago his eyesight has improved and this has given fresh impetus to his photography.
He enjoys using Photoshop and subscribes to the Photoshop CC package and, after recently downloading the Google Nik Collection, he has started to get to grips with some special effects.
Last night, with my help, he opened a Flickr account and uploaded his first 6 or 7 images. These were taken at a local 'Forties' re-enactment weekend and I think they're rather good.
