The story headline was written by someone who (it's safe to assume) didn't read the primary literature, and wouldn't understand it even if they did.
What's a bigger flag to me is that I'm not seeing any mainstream news on this. Then again, it's not as glamorous as someone getting shot by a police officer, but hey, still concerning.
