With 11/2019.70 I've just changed my Sport Individual settings to have the engine in Sport Plus. Thus, I can still get the car to burble on demand as I approach stoplights, etc. Full Sport Plus given the more aggressive transmission just ramps that up.

ok so you're still getting the pops on version 2020/07 however in sportsplus if I'm understanding correctly.
