If memory serves you're on an older full release, e.g., 03/2020 or one of the 2019 variants. Hence, the download size for the 07/2020.54 should be pretty big (e.g. 2GB based on another forum member's posting whom OTA'd from 11/2019 to 07/2020). However, once on your phone with WiFi connected (recommended perhaps but the only way it works as far as I know) 30 minutes or so should transfer it to the car. Have you checked the update screen? When I did my OTA from 11/2019.55 to 11/2019.70 in June it gave a full update as to what step of the process it was in, etc.
