S5APA Decode antiglare High-beam Assistant

So do I have the high beam thing? It says "decode" for S5APA? Does that mean the hardware to do it is there, but I need the software code to have the feature?
...and what is "light package" and "surround view"??
I should know what this stuff is, but the car came like this from the factory preconfigured...I didn't choose the options.

You have adaptive xenon lights with HBA which is what you want because now you can enable anti-glare which is disabled for the US market due to DOT regulations. Look in the coding forum, it's a quick, 5 minute process if you know what you're doing. And it's pretty awesome.
Surround view adds cameras that allows you to display a bird's eye view of your car on your nav screen. It's really cool and very useful when you are trying to park in a tight spot.
