My parents are Toyota people and each car has gone 200+ with only semi-regular oil changes. Our 4Runner was just donated with over 340k on the clock. It was also only on its second set of brake pads (because the factory set was too old, not worn). Truly amazing vehicles but I hate the design of the new generation.
Lexus makes a 4Runner-based vehicle, the GX. Worth taking a look.
