The G16 (which you have) shares the same part numbers as far as the trim (glossy black) tail pipes elements are concerned. These are the ones you need and yes they can be bought individually.
I retrofitted the complete extended package
S7M9A as per BMW factory option. Here is a printscreen of all part numbers:
The only part that was painted previously is the upper bumper trim just above the diffusor carbon part, which is originally grey from factory.
