Yes you should be able to if the setting is available. I have not done it on mine but hope to do it soon if the weather is more clements and I take my mistress out for a spin.
If available on the M8, that will be in the instrument cluster (DKOMBI.X) labeled as BC_V_KORREKTUR. On G series models the options should read'mit_korrektur' or 'ohne_korrektur'. In this case the 2nd setting is the one to apply in order to have the true speed shown. I guess Ben can code it remotely for you.
I did that on numerous Ms and it works well enough; variations from Dragy still present, though.

After upping the tire patch to 295s some years ago, I found I had to revert the coding to stock to rein in the delta between the speedo and Dragy (assertion implied: Dragy is more accurate than the car assuming it has enough sats).
