BMW said 1 hour wait…and of course, two and a half hours later, the guy showed up. I had the flat repair kit ready to go, but first I tried filling it at a gas station air pump and I could see the air escaping and the tire would not go above 20psi - so I knew it was a hole and I didn’t want to waste the kit. Anyway, they ended up repairing it with a patch and they think it’s good to go.
