Until today, I considered being rendered in-car app-less by BMW’s software “engineers” as just an annoyance without much consequence.
But, this morning, I used my phone’s ConnectedDrive app to send a navi destination to the car and realized: It’s going to an app I no longer have insofar as BMW Messages and another app, I believe it was labeled Connected Drive, are among the newly missing.
I couldn’t find any other location in iDrive 7 that seems to receive navi destinations from the ConnectedDrive phone app. Anyone?
