It usually happens when cold of course and not after warm up driving. I think its a matter of being cold and the rpms bump but even in Drive.

That makes sense. I don't move the car around in the garage so when returning home it is always after warm up/drive. Even in the case of moving the car back into the garage after the mobile detailing on the driveway I wait until the second kick down of RPMs before engaging drive to move forward back into the garage.
