Run-flat or normal tyres

Hi All,

I've finally got a confirmed build date for my 840d coupe (2nd Jan) and I still have a couple of weeks to decide on wheels/tyres.

Car will be in Dravit grey and black interior with M Sport Pro and Tech Plus packs.

I also want the black wheels as kerb damage will be inevitable and they'll be easier to repair than the machined ones. Main advantage though is the improved ride quality and handling with the non-runflats and given that I only drive around 4k miles per year, mainly on Scottish country roads, I think/hope I'll notice the difference.

I'd be grateful for any opinions from anyone who's driven on both types of tyre.

Many thanks.
