Man you took the words right out of my mouth. I don't see the appeal of this car as it's just an updated 6 series. I'm sure it drives well but designwise it has nothing on the S class coupe or the Audi R8. I'm having a hard time with BMW's latest designs, apart from the new 5er everything is just slabby and Lexus like. Adrian Von whatever needs to be relieved of his design duties and Chris Bangle needs to be rehired.

I think the 850 of the 90s was a special car for the time, I don't think the 850 of today hold's that same appeal. I think the 90s 850 should be a classic like the z8, but for some reason they did not do as well.
