An 840d, but no M850d.
I don't understand why BMW puts the B57D30C and its predecessor, the N57S, into the 5 Series, X5, X6, 7 Series, and soon, the X7, but not the outgoing 6 Series nor the new 8 Series. Instead, the latter top out with the 40d models. I guess people who buy a diesel sport coupe (or convertible or Gran Coupe) don't do it for the performance, and by corollary, people who buy these cars for performance don't buy a diesel?
