Any reason for the 255 down? I'm typically part of the "never put money down on a lease" crowd, but I guess it is a small amount and gets you below 1100/mo?
I think you're in good shape here as far as discount and MF for what it is, I'd just implore you to at least see if you could search dealer inventory for a 2020 base M8 convertible if it meets your needs due to the added flagship cash. You could possibly be looking at a car with an MSRP of 40+% more for much less of an incremental increase on your monthly payment.
Also, I didn't think there were going to be any 8 series coupes or convertibles in the US for 2021? Maybe that's just the M variants.
